Since starting up my spring semester, its been quite hard to get my workouts in. I have been bombarded with homework and reading, watching videos, and discussions. Don’t get me wrong, its totally worth it so I can provide you guys with more information, but, I still want to do my workouts… quickly.
There is never enough time in the day to do all the things you want to do for yourself or others. In today’s post, we will be looking at some quick, beginner-friendly workouts that are great for those running low on time. I am taking into consideration those who do not have a gym membership so these workouts are also home friendly. I’m excited to put out this post for you all today and I am also excited to buckle down and research the best workouts!
These will be videos as its easier to find the workouts this way!

10 QUICK & EASY WORKOUTS FOR COLLEGE STUDENTS
UPPER-BODY DAY:
The reason I am including Chloe’s videos is because they are at home friendly and pretty easy/ beginner-friendly. I love her Hiit and Booty workouts as well. She does them in REAL time so its easy to follow!
Go down to full body workouts if you want to see an all over body lifting day.
LOWER BODY DAY:
Fitness Blender’s video does not contain a warm-up or cool down so make sure you do that before you do the workout. Not only that but she talks throughout the video and its done in real time which is so helpful for beginners. This is a high-intensity workout for college students.
Try this awesome booty sculptor workout in only 10 minutes. this is shorter than the other one but has shy of 20 Million views! This is a great workout for beginners but also for those who want a good sweat at home or in your dorm.

CORE WORKOUTS:
A ten minute ab blaster to help you build muscle on your core. Its important to train the core so you can lift heavy, have better posture, and help your legs lift and walk better too. Check out this one by Pamela.
Stephi’s video is awesome as she talks you through how to train lower abs which can be difficult. Its important that you don’t eat less than an hour before your workout! This is hard to train if you have lunch or breakfast in your stomach. She has a more intense ab video for 10 minutes if you want somethin a little challenging. I love doing this 10 Minute Intense Ab workout as a finisher.

CARDIO FAT BURNING SESSION:
This ab workout is something I usually do to feel really good and energized. When studying all day long, you are being really sedentary so its good to get a good HIIT workout or cardio workout in.

This is a good workout to do in your room, dorm, gym, hotel anywhere you have space. This is a good workout because she includes a little warm-up and some info about why HIIT is good. It is very beginner-friendly and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quick break from studying! FULL BODY WORKOUTS:
This workout is great for a quick campus outdoor workout. This is pretty easy and can be done with a friend too!
This is a great 20 minute full body workout for anyone who wants to do a quick workout mid day or before bed. This is not only beginner friendly but effective as well. Give it a go and try it for 5 days a week to keep up on your fitness levels!
I hope you guys liked these workouts. I am going to be doing them this week when I can get a routine going with school.
