4. Dry brushing
Dry Brushing really helps get rid of dead skin and revs up the lymphatic system! The lymphatic system does a wonderful job of filtering out toxins and other viruses that build up in our body. I notice a HUGE difference in my legs when I use this and when I don’t. My skin becomes so soft and plump giving me a beautiful glow from within! It feels great and your legs will look better. This is the one I use, super basic and probably not the best but it works.
5. Coffee Scrub
Like dry-brushing, coffee scrubs can really slough off the dead skin that you accumulate with time. This will increase the blood flow in your legs, decreasing the amount of cellulite you may have. Doing this in conjunction with dry brushing will help your legs feel and look better quickly. Here is the recipe down below for an easy coffee scrub.
6. Omega 3 Intake
Healthy fats are essential for great health and great skin and hair growth. IT will massively decrease cellulite because it is increasing the collagen in all areas of the body. Chia seeds and flax seeds will greatly increase elasticity and softness of the skin. You can also use a High-Quality hair and skin vitamin for more results.
7. Moisturize
The best way to increase the elasticity of the skin in order to have luscious soft healthy skin is to moisturize it thoroughly with the right lotions. Vitamin E and Aloe Vera can penetrate the skin deeply to soften your skin and encourage collagen-building while increasing elasticity. Another reason moisturizing your skin works so well for cellulite, is because you are giving yourself a massage to improve blood flow and smooth out fat pockets.
PRO TIP: Dry-Brush first before your hot shower, then jump in the shower and scrub your body. Once finished, Moisturize your skin with this highly-rated Vitamin E cream which my family swears by and you will feel so fresh and new! If you do that at least 3 times a week, you will notice results. Do it more often for FASTER results!
8. Cupping
Cupping yourself at home or giving yourself a massage, can really help increase the blood flow in your legs and butt making the fat pockets more minimal. If you try cupping, it brings the toxins to the surface which can build up in the legs creating more fat pockets. ICupping it will make your skin suppler and smooth by reducing the bumps! Here is an affordable yet good quality set that will help you with your leg goals. Here is a great vitamin E oil that is needed for cupping as well.
