So you want to give up dairy but you are just soo addicted to it… so how? I went vegan or plant-based overnight, so giving up dairy was not easy folks. I work in a restaurant that has cheesy delicacies galore.

So back to that question, How? How to eliminate the cravings of dairy products is solely based on… dairy alternatives and replacements!

I am happily living dairy free (about 2 years) with no cravings for it unless its the occasional random 1 or 2 pieces of candy that remind me of my childhood. This could be you too! Obviously, it took me time to get to this point and it will take you time too.

Whether you want to lower dairy consumption, or diagnosed with lactose intolerance, these are some of the best dairy alternatives on the market to make things easier!

CHEESE PLEASE

The cheese was something I relied on as I only ate cheese and beef quesadillas for a hot minute as a student in college. I had to find alternatives.

(Pssst…Pinterest is also YOUR BEST FRIEND! I relied on-and still do- Pinterest heavily because it helped me find loads of alternatives to dairy and some of the foods I loved.)
