As it goes, you know that habits are typically formed within 21 days of consistent use. There are so many different habits you can pick up which is amazing but… not all are good.
Today I will show you some of the really cool ways personal trainers, nutritionists, and health professionals stay healthy for the long term!

Lets Get into 10 Healthy Habits by Healthy people!
10 Healthy Habits
1. Don’t eat sugar
2. Exercise daily
3. Walk or take the stairs
4. Make meals at home
5. Have a goal in mind
6. Be around positive motivating people
7. Eat only when you’re hungry
8. Don’t buy foods that will ruin your health goals
9. Read Food labels
10. Be grateful and thankful for what you CAN eat
But there are about 20+ more healthy habits they swear by- this was just a taste. It’s important with creating long-lasting habits to start small, then add more on top. Stick to one every day (I go over all of this in the free challenge!) for maximum results.
How to stick to the habits for the long term
The first concept to understand is that consistency is key. If you don’t continue to do the habits for at least 21 days, you will not stick to them and it won’t be as effective. So keep up with it, and continue the habits for at least 21 days.
21 days is as long as it takes for a habit to stick like mentioned earlier. However, it takes 3 DAYS to BREAK a habit!! So how do you fix this? Simple, replace a bad habit with a good one! For example, the no-sugar habit can be very difficult to accomplish but it will be easier to keep because you won’t have the cravings after about 2 weeks. So if you REPLACE the heavy sugars, artificial etc, with blueberries, it will be easier for you to quit sugar and start eating blueberries as your new healthy habit 🙂
