So, I know that a lot of us are stuck at home. So many people are stuck and need a little push to get up and move. It is hard to be home all day and not be active. It’s easier to snack, watch tv, sleep, and just be on our phone.
Trust me I know.
I typically work from home day to day and it is a significant difference from being at a workplace. Sitting around all day and working can trigger thoughts of eating and you just don’t get up as much, so trust me when I say I understand for those of you going through this.
BUT..
With the quarantine, there are so many fitness trainers putting out some awesome workout videos you can do from home. I wanted to post some of the ones I usually do even if I do go to the gym. These are my favorite because they actually do get you in a sweat and are challenging.
You can do these in any order you want. If you could try to get 20-30 minutes of movement a day, this will make you feel so much better!
You also don’t have to do these workout videos but if you need a little more structure and want to keep the muscle you have already gained, these are very helpful because you don’t need weights.

If you don’t want to ‘workout’ you can also do some of these too:

When talking on the phone, walk around your house

Move your feet when sitting down to allow more subtle movement that makes a big difference

Set a timer for 45 minutes as you work, then for 10 minutes, do jumping jacks or put on some songs you can dance too! This is helpful!

Keep healthy snacks around so you aren’t tempted 😊

Do a quick 5 minute in place jog or jumping jacks

Dance around your house for 15 minutes to get your heart rate up!

Go for a walk around your neighborhood (get some sunshine and fresh air to feel less stuffy)

She has taken the YouTuber view by storm with many of her beginner-friendly real-time at home workouts! I love her videos and they have gotten me very fit before. I usually do her HIIT workouts at the gym too!

Maddie has a great body that is in thanks to her healthful Plant-Based diet and her intense workouts. This is a great at-home workout for toned booty and legs!
