One important thing to note is she does not have all vegan recipes on her blog nor is she vegan but the vegan recipes she does put out are phenomenal, I love her Vegan parmesan recipe and use it all the time. This cookbook is entirely plant-based though 🙂

Anyways, this amazingly delicious and HEALTHY cookbook is perfect for beginners who are unsure what to eat and why to eat. Get this for your newbie plant-based friends or for yourself (I won’t tell!).

You may be able to cook up some recipes for your fellow plant-based family members with their blog too!
