A healthy take on a fast food classic: The Chocolate Frosty from Wendys. Try out this hormone balancing, blood sugar balanced "frosty shake" that is dairy free, refined sugar-free, and Vegan. This taste so much like a frosty you will crave it for days!

- 1 Frozen Banana
- 1 Cup Unsweetend Almond Milk **
- 1 Tbsp Almond or Peanut Butter
- 2 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder ***
- 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Maca Powder +
- 1/8 tsp Pink Salt
- 6 Ice Cubes
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Add Almond milk to a blender (I use a Vitamix), then add banana, hemp seeds, nut butter, all powders, coconut if using, salt and Ice. Salt is essential for making it taste malty/ frosty like and sweet.
My blender allows me to choose a smoothie setting, this blends and pulverizes everything to perfection. Or Blend on HIGH for 30 seconds.
Pour into glass and top with Dairy-Free whipped cream and cocoa nibs if wanted. Enjoy!!
